I am aware that the attorney shall remit 15% of his/her earned legal fees above five hundred dollars to the LRIS; and the attorney shall not increase his/her legal fees because of any charges associated with his/her participation in the program. It is my understanding that no information protected by the attorney-client privilege will be revealed. I also understand that LRIS does not endorse the attorney’s actions and is not responsible for any attorney-client agreement. That is, LRIS shall not be responsible for resolving any issues between client and attorney. The attorney and client shall work out any agreement between themselves.
