Diversity Policy

It is a stated goal of the Atlanta Bar Association’s CLE Board of Trustees to increase diversity on CLE panels and presentations, so as to better reflect the diversity of Atlanta and our membership. While no specific requirement is established in this area, we encourage Sections and Planning Committees to consider this goal when planning their seminars.



Non-Member Registration Fees/Non-Lawyer Attendance Policy
For any CLE seminar developed by the Atlanta Bar Association CLE Board of Trustees solely or in partnership with a Section of the Atlanta Bar, the non-member registration fee is a minimum of $50 higher than the Atlanta Bar member rate. Exceptions to this policy are subject to the discretion of the CLE Director and CLE Board Chair.

Non-lawyers may attend Atlanta Bar Association CLE seminars. A special registration fee for law students, paralegals and other legal support staff may be offered. Each Section's own sponsor registration policy regarding non-lawyer sponsor attendance applies to CLE seminars produced by that Section, whether alone or in partnership with the CLE Board. In any other instances, sponsors and other non-lawyer vendors may attend CLEs at the non-member registration rate.



Written Materials for CLE Seminars Policy
CLE seminar materials will be provided electronically to all seminar registrants in advance of the seminar. 



Cancellation Policy
Contact Stephanie Martinez to cancel your registration. An administrative fee of 50% of the registration fee paid will be assessed if registration is cancelled within 48 hours prior to the seminar/program. No registration fees will be refunded within 48 hours prior to the seminar/program.
