All areas of the law are affected by the collection, use and dissemination of information. The Privacy and Cybersecurity Law Section seeks to be a resource for those whose clients are directly affected by advances in technology and data law, and those who otherwise are unaware of how the advancement and development of technology and data law will impact their work. The Section is a networking community that hosts continuing education programming across varying practice areas and levels of expertise so that all practitioners can be made aware of privacy and cybersecurity issues and develop their ability to identify such issues within their respective practices.
