Formed in 1994 -1995 by William H. Schroder, Jr., the Dispute Resolution Section provides programming, monthly breakfast panel discussions, networking, and other benefits for our members, who are mediators, arbitrators, and litigators who represent clients in mediations and arbitrations throughout the region. The Dispute Resolution Section educates, promotes, and supports a system that provides resolution of disputes outside of the formal judicial system, providing the means to avoid the cost and delay of litigation, relieving court congestion, providing a more effective or constructive resolution between disputing parties of a legal issue. All of this for a low annual dues of $25.
