Formed in 1990 -1991 by Keith O. Cowan, the Business and Finance Section provides various programs and benefits for its members. The Section's goal is to promote the objectives of the Atlanta Bar Association, Inc. within the particular fields designated the name of this Section. The Business and Finance Section has over 200 members from the Metro Atlanta area, each of whom practices in the field of corporate law, and other areas of business and finance.

The annual dues of $35 to become a member of the Atlanta Bar Association Business and Finance Section is a bargain.
