Formed in 1966 -1967 by Frank F. Fox, the Corporate Counsel Section is comprised of members in both in-house positions and corporate law practice with corporations, associations and law firms. The section provides professional development and community-building opportunities via educational, service, networking, leadership and social opportunities throughout the year.

The annual dues to become a member of the Atlanta Bar Association Corporate Counsel Section are $35.
