The Bankruptcy Section of the Atlanta Bar Association has over 130 members in the metro Atlanta area whose practices involve debt or creditor issues in the consumer or commercial law areas. The Section hosts a bi-monthly Breakfast Lecture Series, Fall Bankruptcy Section Cocktail Social, Winter CLE Program "Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Year in Review”, continuous Community Service Project: Credit Abuse Resistance Program ("CARE”), continuous Pro Bono Project: The Reaffirmation Project and the May Annual "Pollard Award” Luncheon and Consumer & Business CLE Program.

The annual dues of $35 to become a member of the Atlanta Bar Association Bankruptcy Section is a bargain.
