On June 12, 2019, the Honorable Barbara J. Koll, Chief Clerk and Court Administrator of the Fulton County Probate Court, presented to a capacity crowd at the Estate Planning and Probate Section’s June 2019 breakfast meeting. Judge Koll presented on “Best Practices in the Fulton County Probate Court.”

Judge Koll has served the citizens of Fulton County in the Probate Court since 1985, when she started as a law clerk. In addition to her service to Fulton County, Judge Koll served as an Army officer in The Judge Advocate General’s Corps from 1982 through 2012, when she retired with the rank of Colonel.

The Section wishes to thank Judge Koll for a very informative and lively presentation.
The Estate Planning and Probate Section holds monthly breakfast meetings (except for July) at the Buckhead Club.
