Celebrating the Season with Community Service

On November 20, 2019, the Bankruptcy Section, in connection with the Metro Atlanta Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney Group, hosted a community service event. Volunteers arrived at the Midtown Assistance Center with bundles of bread, peanut butter, and jelly in tow to build sandwiches for the Center. Section members also collected household and hygiene goods (including paper products and cleaning supplies) for those in need. Several section members brought family along and all enjoyed celebrating the season in a sensationally sticky scene!

  Midtown Atlanta. Presenters will discuss all you need to know about the new Subchapter V for small business debtors and related
  provisions. It promises to be highly informative!
• February 7, 2020 – our annual Year in Review is back! This crowd pleasing program promises to be as engaging as it is informative. Join us at the Capital City Club downtown to learn about recent developments and the biggest cases of 2019.
• March 12, 2010 – set your alarm and plan to join us for a breakfast meeting on immigration and bankruptcy issues.
• May 14, 2020– Pollard Award CLE & Luncheon – we will host educational programs and present the annual David Pollard Award
  at a luncheon at Ansley Golf Club in midtown Atlanta.
