Ethics in Social Media CLE

What do legal ethics and underwear have in common?  We all know that we aren't supposed to air our clients' dirty laundry, but the proliferation of social media presents a host of ethical and professional concerns that aren't always obvious, especially with the ease of sharing information through new technology.   

On March 7 from 5:00 - 6:00 pm at the State Bar, the ACYL Section, along with the Atlanta Bar's Reputation and Public Trust Committee, the State Bar Young Lawyers Division's Ethics and Professionalism Committee and the Savannah Young Lawyers Division, will sponsor an innovative seminar to help lawyers navigate ethics and social media.
