Intellectual Property Section
The Intellectual Property Section is the newest section of the Atlanta Bar Association. Founded in 2007 by Co-chairs William H. Needle, Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP, and William M. Ragland, Jr., Hunton & Williams, the Intellectual Property Section strives to encourage the participation of members of the Atlanta Bar Association, Inc. in matters relating to Intellectual Property Law.
