Laissez les bons temps rouler! Quentin, a native of the swamplands of south Louisiana and another contender on the Food Network’s Chopped, grew up appreciating the local dishes of his Cajun roots. He showcases those flavors in the menu for this class, teaching attendees how to make Seafood & Andouille Sausage Gumbo, Spicy Creole Red Fish “Courtbouillon,” and Bananas Foster Bread Pudding with rum caramel sauce. Evening includes wine tastings sponsored by Sherlock's Wine Merchant and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Bella Cucina Artful Foods and Cabot Cheese.
